I’m a licensed cosmetologist with multiple certifications, and this is more than just a job for me—it’s truly my passion. I love what I do and can’t wait to have you in my chair! Before booking, please take a moment to review my policies below: 1. Lash Fills To qualify as a fill, you must arrive with at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining. Anything less will be considered a full set and charged accordingly. 2. Touch-Ups / Concerns If you experience any concerns after your appointment, please contact me within 72 hours (3 days). After this time frame, I’m unable to offer corrections or complimentary touch-ups. 3. Refund Policy All services, deposits, and payments are non-refundable. If you reach out within 72 hours regarding a concern, I’ll gladly work with you to find a reasonable solution such as a touch-up, removal, or other option at my discretion. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. If you reschedule with proper notice, your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment one time. 5. Late Arrivals / No-Shows Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and a 20% cancellation fee will apply. No-shows will be charged 20% of the service total and may be restricted from future bookings. 6. Liability / Client Responsibility LooksByLexiss is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, retention issues caused by aftercare neglect, pre-existing damage, or results affected by outside services/products. Please disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or concerns before your appointment. Following all aftercare instructions is the client’s responsibility. 7. Booking Agreement By booking and/or receiving services with LooksByLexiss, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above. Continuing with your appointment serves as acceptance of these terms. I understand life happens, so communication is always appreciated. Please be respectful of my time, and I will always respect yours. For New Clients: When you arrive, please send me a quick text and I’ll come get you from the waiting area when it’s time for your appointment. Cancellation Policy

I charge 20% cancellation fee for no shows and cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Try to let me know as soon as possible if you don’t think you’ll make it to your appointment. Im very understanding.
